In 2023, as the Duffer Brothers prepare for the final season of Stranger Things, they've announced that everything will come back to Hawkins. Jackson, Georgia–the real town and basis for Hawkins, Indiana, is a town in the thick of Y’allywood (that’s the Georgia version of Hollywood). Roughly one hour outside Atlanta or 1.5 hours from Athens, Stranger Tours shares a building with Hawkins Headquarters across the street from Hawkins Library.
